Hi Team,

In addition to the BBSI Portal, we are now using BambooHR to keep employee information organized. This means your employee information is at your fingertips, and you can make sure all of your personal information is accurate and up to date. It’s quick and easy too. To get started, we’ve provided you with a short tutorial that will give you an overview of how to manage and view your data: Let’s get started!

First off, we need you to confirm your personal information by clicking on the Personal tab. Once you have completed those updates, if any, click on the Benefits tab and update that information as well. Dependent data is just for informational purposes and does not connect to company benefits in any way. In case you have more questions, here are two short tutorials on how to make your updates: updating emergency contacts and dependent information. You can make these updates at your convenience.

Starting on Monday, February 27th, we will also shift our time keeping for payroll from BBSI TimeNet to the BambooHR app/website. I will activate that feature in BambooHR for everyone next weekend, ready for you to see it front and center when you log into your phone app (or website) on Monday morning. It will be easy to use, you’ll see your hours easily throughout the week, and you’ll be able to request time off and see it on the calendar. Transparency and simplicity is our goal, and we are hoping you’ll recognize this as a move in the right direction! When it comes to your PTO balances, BBSI is the accurate source of information, but I’m going to do my best to get it synchronized and kept up to date on BambooHR for simplicity. If you see something with your PTO in BambooHR that appears different than your BBSI balance at any time, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me – the BBSI balance will always be the correct calculation when in doubt.

If you have questions or concerns about the time keeping app, please let Ron or Jared know. If for some reason you can’t get it to work, you can continue to use the BBSI app until we work through it and we’ll transfer the time over – just be sure to notify us so we can help. Any time adjustments can be made by Ron, TaNeil, or Jared also moving forward.
