Insulation & Winding Testing – Diagnose issues and assess motor condition.
Complete Motor Disassembly – Tear down from top to bottom.
Parts Cleaning – Remove dirt, debris, and breakdown contaminants.
Stator Varnish Dipping & Baking – Protects windings and improves longevity.
Bearing Inspection & Replacement – Ensures smooth, balanced operation.
Rotor Balancing – Precision dynamic balancing for reduced vibration and wear.
Copper Rewind (if necessary) – Restore damaged windings to OEM spec.
Reassembly & Test Run – Confirm proper operation before returning to service.

We either pick up the motor or you can drop it off at our Ucon, Idaho shop;
We'll test the insulation and windings;
Then we'll tear it down from top to bottom;
Dip and bake the stator with new varnish;
Check and replace bearings if necessary;
Balance the rotor;
If necessary, rewind the copper windings;
Reassemble the motor;
Test the motor;
Paint the motor so it looks like new!
