From October through January, we’re offering priority inspections and repairs on motors of all sizes—so they’re ready when you need them next spring.

Our Complete Motor Service Process
We can handle any motor—our motor repair process is simple and efficient:
- Test insulation & windings
- Tear down the motor top to bottom
- Dip & bake the stator with new varnish
- Check and replace bearings
- Balance the rotor
- Rewind copper windings, if necessary
- Reassemble the motor
- Fully test the motor
- Paint the motor
This process not only extends the life of your equipment but can also identify and solve minor issues before they turn into major failures—saving time, money, and unexpected system downtime.
How It Works
- Drop Off your motors at our Ucon location
- Or Schedule a Farm Pickup during the Round Up window
- We’ll inspect, test, and quote any needed repairs
- Approved motors are repaired and bench tested before reinstallation season
