I'm the Maintenance Manager at an Industrial Facility, one of the pressure tanks on our well went bad, they were very responsive and had a quote for us the same day. Then when we were scheduling the repair they were able to be flexible and work around our operating schedule to minimize our process downtime. they left the area clean and hauled off the old tank for us. they also have a machine shop that was able to modify a bearing for me and saved my day.

We were having some pressure issues for quite some time. I was waiting for a different company to get back with me for over a month and finally got tired of waiting. I called American and I'm really glad I did. Ron was able to walk me through some troubleshooting steps over the phone and then met me after work the next day. Found the problems and got me all fixed up for a great price. I can't recommend these guys enough!

Absolutely THE BEST SERVICE EVER! Ron returned my call promptly and was able to talk us through fixing our problem without a Saturday service call. When I asked how much I owed him for his time, he simply said, “No charge. Please call me next time you need help.” I would HIGHLY recommend for any pump service needs.

I have used American Pump and Drilling twice in the last five years. I have a private well and there have been repeated issues over twenty years. I originally used a different pump company, but called American Pump and Drilling five years ago when I couldn’t get ahold of my original well driller. Both times, American Pump came out immediately and got my water fixed quickly. The second time, they looked into warranty information and replaced my pump and pressure tank on the same day, using the warranty that I didn’t know I had. I am so grateful for their services-I had water within hours of calling them-AND that they found my warranty, saving me untold amounts of money. I cannot recommend them enough. From the initial phone call, to the service, to billing, they were fast, efficient and friendly. I don’t have enough good things to say about them, they made a bad situation better so quickly and so much cheaper than I ever expected.

Our pump and well serves irrigation for three houses. Never would have known there was an issue if the neighbor didn’t let us know. We found this company and called for a diagnosis, leaving a voicemail. Received a call back in about a half hour. I appreciated that they were forthcoming and up front about the cost to come out, and where we fit in the line-up. They would be working us in with other customers whose whole houses are on well water, making them priority - makes sense and as it should be. They weren’t able to come the original day due to workload, and let me know with timely communication. They came out the next day, texting about 30 minutes before arrival. Long post short - professional and friendly guys, especially to our overly welcoming golden retrievers. To say I’m ignorant of their expertise is an understatement, but they explained their findings and showed me, answering my questions with patience and used laymen speak. The issue was fixed on the initial visit with very reasonable pricing. This old pump is going to quit at some point. When it needs replacing, the job is theirs.

Excellent service! Nathan had set the bar high before he retired, and I didn’t know what to expect with the new folks. American Pump’s clients seem to be major agricultural systems. My problem was with an old ditch pump for a small single residence (after it lost a battle with the lawn mowers). I went into the shop on a Monday afternoon, 3:00ish. The pump was repaired and restarted by 12:30 p.m. the next day. They were clearly busy with customers whose issues were much more critical than mine, but I was treated with the same respect and timely service. Thank you so much, American Pump!

This odyssey started on the morning of 12/23/2022. I had no water from my domestic well system. I phoned American Pump and Drilling (APD) for assistance. Service technicians and equipment were dispatched in a timely manner. By 5 pm, the pitless adapter had been thawed and the system restored. On a second occurrence, my domestic well failed in the early morning hours of 2/18/2023 a Saturday. I phoned APD at 8:30 a.m. After discussion with Ron C. of APD, service technicians and equipment were sent out. By 5 p.m., the pump and controller had been replaced and the system returned to service. As a result of APD’s actions, they are now my go to company for domestic well / pump issues.

My well pump went out on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of a very hot August weekend. I called American Pump first thing Monday morning.
